HISTORY:

 Concorde Mortgage was established as an Ohio corporation in 1985. The principle office is at 536 Main St. in Zanesville, Ohio. We also have a loan office in the Post Office Building at 516 Chestnut St., Coshocton OH and at 1125 Woodlawn Ave, Cambridge OH 43725. 

Our loan officers service Eastern Ohio from Cleveland to Marietta. 

 TYPES OF LOANS:

We offer all types of home mortgages with fixed and adjustable rates. We can provide financing for single family homes, homes with acreage, manufactured homes on permanent foundations, residential 1-4 family investment properties, and farms. Our Government mortgages including FHA, VA, and FmHA (Rural Development). Reverse mortgage options are also available. 

We also have several programs for new home construction including a $0 down payment program.
