Dean is the husband of Jennifer Young. He came to Concorde in 2008 after co-owning an insurance agency in Zanesville for 28 years. 

Dean is mainly in the Coshocton office while also spending time in  Morgan, Tuscarawas, and Holmes counties.

Molly has been part of the Concorde team for the past 8 years.  She is located in northern Ohio working Canton, Akron, Massillon, and Mt. Vernon areas. 

Harper Lee and Hazel Bea are Jennifer & Dean's fur babies. and also our office dogs.  They are Bernedoodles, which is a mix between a Bernese Mountain dog and a Poodle. 

They have come to work with Jennifer everyday since they were puppies..

Their amazing temperament and freakish intelligence helps keep the office staff grounded during the high stress times so common in our business.
