HISTORY:
Concorde Mortgage was established as an Ohio corporation in 1985. The principle office is at 536 Main St. in Zanesville, Ohio. We also have a loan office in the Post Office Building at 516 Chestnut St., Coshocton OH.  Our loan officers also service Tuscarawas and Holmes counties.

TYPES OF LOANS:
Conventional mortgages and Reverse Mortgages with fixed and adjustable rates. We can provide financing for single family homes, homes with acreage, and farms. Our Government mortgages including FHA, VA, and  FmHA  (Rural Development).

CURRENT AREAS OF ACTIVITY:
We currently service all areas of Ohio.
